How to make a site?

So, if I know CSS, HTML, JS. And for example I wrote all scripts. How to create a whole working website out of all the scripts written?

I don't know all of the languages themselves though I know that sites like WordPress and Webflow will allow you to insert your custom code into their website builders. WordPress is very inexpensive and I've seen it used for other projects so I think it'll be what you want to look into.
