What are the different subscription options?

I see in my Apple subscription management that there are three different options for monthly SoloLearn pro, 6.99/mo, 8.99/mo, and 12.99/mo. Is there a difference? There was only a 12.99/mo option in the app. Thanks!

I think it's a bug , exploit it and take the cheapest one😉
