Didn't get a free trial. Full annual subscription payment charged at once.

I subscribed today to the PRO Subscription in the website, I chose the option of a 14 Days Free Trial. I didn't get any trial and I was charged the full amount of the annual subscription at once. I've read that some other people have faced the same problem. I already sent an e-mail to Solo Learn requesting a refund. They haven't answered yet. Do you guys know what to do in this case?
