You can practice Js right here in SoloLearn.
Go to the main page (when you open the app)
On the bottom of your screen you should see a navigation section of buttons.
Tap {} Code
Then Tap + New Code
Then select your language (Web)

If you're seeking expanded functionality, I like to use jsfiddle.net.

If you seek more, it'd be best to do your work in an IDE for web development on your machine.
