Do some codes not work on an ipad? Im confused help o.o

Question

Soooo some codes work when i run them on my laptop while they don’t work when its on my ipad… like it would just be a blank screen there when i run it
Is it just my ipad having some sort of problem or was it meant to be like this?
Also if it is supposed to be like this then why does it do this o.o 😭

Some web codes won't work on ios because they were blocked. for many reasons
