Hello 👋 there thanks for the question, however there will never a correct answer for that question from us because we don't know your intentions, motivation for wanting to become a professional programmer. You can be professional in numerous programming fields say AI, Data Science, ML Web developer etc. To best answer it is to turn the question back to you What field you want to become a professional in? Programming languages are just like tools in a tool box you can't learn all (some people can ),learn the tools that will allow you complete your task, master them and trust me life will be easy for you because most programming knowledge from one language can be transferable to another. Hope you will understand now or in the future.

For website purposes and programming, you can learn JavaScript to be able to fully program a website. To take your web development skills to a next level, you can learn PHP or python also.

Html and css are not programming languages, they are markup / style languages. Its good to know them but if you want to learn programming, learn JavaScript, Python. Many people also learn C++. (I think most of P.languages are based on C++)
