Is JavaScript enough for both Front end and Back end?
Hi there! I want to learn web development. My goal is to be a full stack web developer "It's hard but not impossible". I've been wondering if I can learn only HTML5 & CSS3 and JavaScript, or I learn the previous languages and PHP.

Once you are comfortable with JS, it is easier to jump onto Node JS, or React JS which is considered to be well optimized.

With node.js you can use your knowledge of js to do backend.
But node.js is not completly same, everything realeted to browser and dom dont work in node.js
