Started learning Ruby 6 days ago, I do not have a laptop or desktop and now I'm struggling with consistency.

It is tough to learn anything without the correct tools. Hopefully you have access to a laptop or desktop. Some of this can be done on a cell phone. A suggestion is if this is something you want to learn find a way to get to the correct tools. In the mean time find a book that has the information. Do the exercises on paper. Write them out, the sudo code and your code, then walk it through what you think is happing in the background. Then when you get to a computer, laptop, or cellphone test you work.

You can exualy build everything using only phone, but is hard to copy/paste and select using phone screen. And to work on big code and responsive web pages. If you can save some money to buy at least used laptop or pc. You mostly dont need some high end pc, but make sure you have latest OS
