Is something wrong? Or is it a new feature?

I recently came across a lot of profiles which don't have badges on them. What does no badge mean? At first I thought it was some kind of hack(like invisible tagging, empty name, etc...) But many profiles nowadays don't have a badge on them. Why's this happening? Did y'all notice anything like this?

Edit: It's not a new feature, cuz the first profile I started(Yelling cat) was verified 3 years ago. That's not anywhere near a new profile

There is nothing wrong. They all are at below level 5 that's why they don't have.

level >= 16 Platinum
level >= 10 Gold
level >= 7 Silver
level >= 5 Bronze
