Python is one of the easiest programming languages! It is really good for beginners! Python is basically the stepping stone to harder and more complex languages such as Java and c++!

If want to learn programming with no experience I would recommend first Scratch, because you can learn how programming in general works. But its no full programming language so you should then learn for web development HTML or else with Python.
