I need to learn C# before C++?

no, it's not necessary to learn them in a proper order. You can learn each of them separetedly for your purposes

If you intended to have a career in C#, then just concentrate only on C#. There is no need learn C++ before C#, both are different languages all together, though both share few similarities in terms of basic constructs.

It's not recommended to learn them one after the other.. It depends on your purpose of learning basically.. and it's better you learn c++ first , so that you will be aware of the basics.
