Setting SDK, Android studio

Hello guys. I want to install sdk tools, but it gives an error due to Russian letters, although I renamed the account and folders. I created the android and SDK folder, I can't install there either. In the program files (x86) folder, the error seems to disappear, but the sdk tools tab does not open. Maybe someone had this problem?

I have done it, but it writes "Your SDK location contains non-ASCII characters. Reason is folder's name with only English letters. but I've already renamed in "User1", though name stayed russian

Do you think problem isn't in folder's name?
