Help please, won't let me continue to next module

As far as I can tell I did what the task is requiring but it won't let me continue onto the next step, did I do something wrong?

Completing code repo(3.2 module) doesn't mean that the next lesson (lesson 4.1 ) will unlock.
To unlock the lesson you have to complete the previous one i.e. Lesson 3.1

Code repo are different part of a course, completing a code repo just unlock the next code repo, earning xp and nothing else.

I can't view the image clearly, I tried to zoom-in and it goes blurry. Can't you just write in the post Description, which lesson and/or module so anyone can check?

sorry about that, i tried to take a clearer SS, it's module 3.2 in the HTML course, i followed the instructions and have the header title and body but it won't let me continue onto the next course :[
