There's no fast or slow way. It's more of a demand thing if what you mean is to find a job to work on, but here's some tips to help you increase the chances of getting a job as a developer: 1. By online showcasing your skills through projects that you have worked on or created on your own, you are telling recruiters what you are capable of. This can be done through LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, your own website, etc. 2. Apply to as many development jobs as you can. Let people know you are available to take a job/project.
