I cant't understand the programming cycle in the fact !

could one programmer make project begain with writting thosands of codes and many classes for basic codes then make GUI codes to present this project by itself end with he want to make the project interacts with internet then he learned networking code and done this proiect..etc.. or the one prgrammer wants make project begain with the codes which he is speacialized for it like networking codes only then pay money for other programmers who are specialized in certain codes like GUI codes,etc. which case don

Most big project is finished by Team Some private project is finished individualy but it take a long time or use open source for other than main program.
