I would suggest finishing the html lesson here on Sololearn and then move to the CSS lesson. You can use Sololearn to create your own web codes using html, css, and Javascript.
Here are a couple of examples

For some simple practice you can use sololearn just fine.
But when time comes to learn responsive design, or to push your knowledge and learn things like React/Angular, or to make site with more than 1 page use your PC.
For editor i suggest VScode it is simple editor where you can install lot of addons for making coding faster and better.
Also it have the most tutorials on internet of how to use it, this editor.

Hello shahd,
I really appreciate your enthusiasm to learn Html.Based on my experience i will tell u If ur learning Html in Sololearn,You have to explore the sololearn app there is a lot of information we will get through this app.You can practice your Html codes and test in the Code section,In Explore section you can give ur quiz with other sololearn partners. If u have laptop or Computer it is best i think to practice in Notepad firstly and then go to Visual Studio code to save time. And daily you have to create some web projects in Html. Here in Sololearn you can see all the projects shared by co-sololearners ,so you can go through it and if you have any doubts you can post it in the doubt section.Wishing you all the best for ur learning...
