Practice nested loop

Question

m = 0
x = 1
while x < 4:
y = 1
while y < 5:
m = m + y
y = y + 1
if x + y == 5:
break
x = x + 1
print (m)

My solution as follows:
m=0
x=1
x<4
y=1
1<5
m=0+1=1
y=1+1=2
(x+y=2)false

2<5

m=1
x=1
y=2
y=2
m=1+2=3
y=2+1=3
(x+y=2+1)false

3<5
m=3
y=3
x=2
m=3+3
m=6
x+y=2+3=5(True)

I get confused with variable every iteration. for example the value of x and y variable here. Practicing to learn my mistakes.
