Certificate is not loading....

Web Development Fundamentals Course

Not really a big concern since I'm doing this just for fun, collecting them like Pokemon cards. But it is a bit of a letdown to not have a 'fun' certificate after finishing a course.

I can't figure out why the certificate wouldn't load after everything is completed .... 🤔

Congratulations page shows up. But the certificate image is stuck on reload. Even after phone reboot.

And the two progress bars are maxed out, too.
Everything is checked.

The circle border around the course icon is incomplete, though...
Don't know what I missed.🤔

It's like in a state of superposition...complete but not complete at the same time.

Anybody else have this experience?

Generally, they take time to release certificate for a new course.
We have to wait until they do it.

Last 3 course I have not certification after finish it.

i have a similar issue to that, i finished the Game Development with JS course but it says 96% instead of 100% and i can't get my certificate
tried contacting sololearn but i haven't gotten a reply till now

Need open courses and take certificates. All work without bug fix.

frank oigara it just gives a 404 page if U try accessing the cert from the web.

The Congratulations Page shouldn't show up if it was incomplete. But it did.

There's a bug somewhere in the program.

There must be a bug because completed 100% but still showing 97% and certificate is not loading.
