Why my site doesn't update automatically?

Question

I made a site with Javascript html and css (its only the front) i uploaded the files (for example X) in my host but when i make a change (for example Y) in files my website still shows the X and not the Y.

But when i clear the browser cache it will be ok

What is the problem?

The .htaccess file must be modified to don't save cache.

ببین این فایل .htaccess
رو باید تغییر بدی تا کش سیو نشه
با سایتای بالا که بهت دادم میتونی راحت این کارو انجام بدی
