Why other 3 test cases are unlocked. Is i am making some mistakes that's why they are not opening. please tell me

They won't open even if you don't make any mistake.
Some test cases are hidden to prevent cheating.
Please take a look at your solution again and try finding your mistakes.

They won't open as you will use if elif else and make your code according to the test cases.

So to prevent that, solo learn hides some test cases, so that you will make such a code that will be working for all the inputs given in the test cases.

In other words (as said by Simba)

It prevents cheating
