How to boost xp

this question has probably been asked before but I need to know how one can increase xp for a language especially after completing it. e.g get to have 1000 xp in c++

add new courses
win challenges
get best answerer
unlock new badge
post codes

Challanging(and winning). At the very beginning you'll get xp even for lose/draw challanges, but just at the bery beginning.
