Mik_RDC You won't get banned because of a single post that was removed. It takes something serious or many small infractions. Just read through the rules and try to stay within the line and you'll be fine.
Unless you do something really serious (like advocating something illegal) the moderators definitely won't ban you without giving you a warning first.
So there's really no reason to worry.

Dublicates questions or 'against rule' discussions are marked by Mods mfd and its get deleted automatically after 24hours....

It was spam. Spam is deleted outright by moderators. Duplicate and unclear questions get tagged with "mfd" ("marked for deletion") and are then automatically removed after 24 hours unless the tag is removed by a moderator before 24 hours are up.
HungryTradie "mfd" is indeed automated. Threads with the tag get removed after 24 hours even if the tag is not set by a moderator.

Mik_RDC tags are not the reason your post was deleted. The "mfd" tag is merely a tool for moderators to remove posts with a time delay to give people the opportunity to adjust their post to conform to the rules.
The reason your post was deleted is that it was against the forum rules. Read the link below for more information. Things that fall outside these rules are only allowed in existing special dedicated threads e.g. for challenge storms or code advertising.

Mik_RDC It's not about tags.. It's about question content. If it is previously discussed already then it is duplicate. If it is unrelated here or against rules then it may get deleted by mods.. Generally they post reason if it is a specific reason..

Mik_RDC Dublicates just removed. It just a clean up process to avoid dublications and so provide better search.
