How to add html code in an existing website?

So the thing is we should create some code using HTML and add it to a college official website under the maths department.how can I do it ?is it possible by HTML only because I don't have any idea about javascript?

You can create html code, then we mostly go to hosting site and add it from there, but this is your college website, and as I understand this is your homework, task to complete, and you dont modify original website, you send college your practice code... You probably have some place to login to this site and/or button to upload your files. If you can't find this you need to ask teacher, to explain you how to upload it to this website, and send them your completed task. Or ask other students from your college.

Yes, it's possible to edit the codes of a website like Google.com and other. It can only be done in a PC. Steps:- 1) Open the website you want to see and edit codes. 2) Right click > select Inspect 3) The codes will appear, double click on the codes to edit. 4) When your editing is done, just click anywhere. 5) Enjoy

Yes PanicS is right. You cannot directly add your html code to any existing online hosted website unless you have access to the hosting management/file management of your college website. In order to add your html code to your college website, you have to talk to your teacher or technical head of your college to do so.
