What tool can I use for sketching a website ?

I'm looking for a tool that I can use to sketch a website's design . Honestly Google can't help me the way someone can . I'd like someone to recommend the best tool which I can also use to sketch the animations on the website and background videos etc . Website outlay so that I can type out the code by looking at the sketch

What is "best" depends on your personal evaluation. What are your criteria for "best" and how do you judge them?

Pen and paper is (almost) free and intuitive to handle. It is a valid tool for prototyping.

Maybe you could try to include "prototyping" into your search keywords?
