Can anyone help me learn how to make a chat for my app, both private & public.

Question

I'm making an app that needs to be app to chat with other users & also i need 2 public chatrooms that allow all users to chat on there including sending photos & videos. I also would like help woth a few other things but for now its the Chats.. Thanks to Anyone that Helps!

Learn more and most will become obvious. Show program with bugs and others will fix it. Ask for tiny missing piece and people will give the code. We do not write programs for you.

UI i think or like the designs of each scene, I just need to be able to click the buttons and they take me to each "page/scene", i need Sign up & Login to be able to send verification & etc, and also just the chatting & adding friends part but then it'll be done.. Its going to be the first real full app ive ever made.
