Do we need to learn about CSS and go back to HTML, or still remain in HTML before going to CSS?

You need to learn HTML first, Let me explain: Imagine you're building a house, You're gonna use HTML to put the wood together for the walls, You're gonna use HTML to structure and get the design of the house. CSS is like an interior decorater in the sense that: You use it to style the WebPage, It's what makes the site look good. TL;DR: You need HTML to build the site then CSS to make it look nice. Hope this helps!

The web development fundamentals course is an updated version of the separate HTML and CSS courses. I would start with that course and follow the lesson plan. It will show you when you need to go back to HTML once you get to the CSS part.
