Klaus No .. It's still an on going to be determined .. It is only the level currently visible thanks to Sololearn.

I believe the Sololearn account (which you follow by default upon signing up to this website) will always be at the highest level, so if they reach level 23 then that will be the new max. That is my understanding at least
