based on your experience what do you recommend for beginners such as which languages they should start with.

any useful advice you can give to beginners before choosing a language or starting coding .

I'll suggest with Python since it's widely used and easy to understand. But I also recommend you to learn about Data Structures and Algorithm, a lot of people often forget it while its actually a fundamental knowledge. 👍

I totally recomend c# as first language , easy to understand , fast to learn , i do not recomend javascript as first language(u will be messing with [] = false , false == 0 , 0 == [])
