Pandas and numpy not found

How can I create a numpy file and save it only library ... Someone please help me ..
I have other packages I can import but I can't find the pandas or numpy

Please show your code and explain if you run it on sololearn or on your own computer.

If you run it on your own computer, you need to make sure that the libraries are installed.

Lisa I wanted to make use of statistics on my computer, I've gone through the Lib on it .. I still can't find the numpy package on it .. are there other means to install it on my computer am using python37 -32 ?
