Here are some steps to follow, in order: 0) Learn Python. 1) Go into the Code section of Sololearn. 2) Change language from All to Py. 3) Search for Weather. 4) Study and understand how others have done it. 5) Make your own.

Take a look at the openweathermap.org api for weather- Iā€™ve used that for some really nice python apps for weather
