I'm a little confused about what you mean by that. Google has a new feature and demonstration for Kotlin almost every week and it's the main language that people talk about in the Android Developer community on Reddit, Discord and Twitter.

If u want to become an android developer learn Kotlin or some other language that does android development. if not learn something else.
