Is there an efficient easily available way to report bugs?

In SoloLearn? I came across 3 in the last 2 days :3
Also this question I ask but about posting suggestions/improvements.
I realize to build this app is a monumental task with a lot of small specific things that may error so it would be beneficial, I think, to have a efficient and easily available bug and suggestion reporting thing for us. Whattuyu think?

When u open Sololearn, click on 3 lines(≡) on the top left corner, open this menu and u'll see "feedback" option, click "feedback" option and a new screen will appear, u'll see drop down menu after "Type" label, click on drop-down menu and select "bug report", and just below that there will be blank input box, write ur feedback there, after u r done, click on "submit".

This will directly send an email to Sololearn, and keep in mind to write a short feedback as possible, like one sentence only. They may reply to u shortly on ur verified email.
