how do I reactivate account?

I recently made this account, I almost finished python for beginners, and suddenly my account was blocked and I can’t do my lessons and practice. It says that I received an email to fix the problem but I didn’t, what do I do?

Kazy there appears to be a bug that is resetting progress in the python lesson. The mods have been notified. Hopeful the issue will resolved soon.
