Hello, I am 16 years old and I am trying to learn c++ on my own with minimal knowledge of the English language, tell me if there is any point in doing this or is it better to learn English first?

I wouldn't say you need much english knowleght for the start tho I'm also not programming with c++ but in general programming functions have english names so it would be better:
Some example try to guess what the function does from the Name:
-if() else ()
-foreach()
-while()
-Sum()
-Equals()
-Round()
-sqrt()
-CompareTo()
-Find()
Note: They come from c# but enough english you should be able to somewhat guess what they do.
