And check your conditions again.
In between 2) 18.5 and 25
3) 25 and 30 .
You are in wrong check..

if underweight :

not as
if formul:
print("Underweightme,

for remaing also..

instead you can directly use

if formul < 18.5 :
print("Underweight")
