There is so many way to learn how to become Web Dev..
Learn how internet work, then basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, then choose one framework like Bootstrap or W3.CSS.. and learn more framework/libs like React, Node.js, Angular, Tailwind..
don't forget learn Database too.. 🙌🏻

Doddy Maulana that would be your opinion. VSCode is a microsoft product, problem #1. It depends on a person's workflow. Myself I don't use ftp I use scp/sftp/ssh so an IDE doesn't help me.
Jovany William it's the command line interface to your computer on Linux. All the programming goes on through it. With Windows the command line is nothing. It doesn't do anything that Linux does, basically.

i think you should download VSCODE is better than Sublime.. *dont forget learn how to use vscode
