And I belive these symbols exist in any computer/mobile keyboard.

it you use Gboard then follow these steps:

1 - Click on ?123
2 - Click on =\<
3 - now you will get < and > symbols

You can always look it up and copy it from online. Another thing is to look up alt-codes and copy those into a file for future use.
