Hi! of course normal. this is a property of our memory to forget. if you want to improve your memory, there are special techniques for better memorization. for example, interval repetition, retelling after reading, conducting a summary, reading aloud, the dummy method - when you try to tell the understood to another, figurative presentation of information, inventing allegories... etc. The goal is to use as many of our senses as possible: visual memory, auditory, muscle.

if you are programming and want to move forward, then give your classes at least two hours per session and at least two times a week. with less volume, you will simply stomp on the spot, next time wasting time to remember the last lesson. the ability to program comes with experience, practical experience. focus on writing programs and code. knowledge of algorithms and data structures will help you do this, you will think globally. see the solution to the problem holistically, ready-made before writing the code, as if from far away.
