I wanna write a code which will act like setting up a dining table, thus from producing the table and the food appearing on the table. What language should I use and why

I recently found a great site that has stock photos, you can just enter old house images https://depositphotos.com/photos/old-house.html and it will give you a huge number of photos. I always download photos here for all my projects, firstly it’s free, and secondly there are a lot of different options. This is very convenient because you can also edit photos here.
