Can I learn both HTML and CSS at the same time

It is possible but that depends on you. I recommend following the The Fundamentals course.

my experience shows , don't hurry, you should start with HTML and then you can follow the css course . I did this order.i think this order will be very useful for better learning.

Yes, they complement each other and it will be more fun to use both to build some pages. But think about all of it like they're a collection of building blocks. You can do cool things even with only a few of them. Here's the order you should take the courses in, and don't worry about the things you don't see an immediate use for: 1. HTML 2. CSS 3. Web Development Fundamentals 4. Responsive Web Design 5. JavaScript (optional, but very useful if you can handle it)

depends on you but you better start with html first then you'll understand css easily
