if you try to run the code in sololearn, you will not be successful. i am sure that the file / directory you wanted to open ("phone/list.csv") is not present on the sololearn server.

you may try to use your local device. to make it easy, you have to place the *.csv file in the same directory as the code file.

make alsu sure that the code file is stored physically on the device.
