App not working

Question

I downloaded the app and whenever I try to open it, it just stays on the screen loading page, but doesn't actually load anything. I deleted then re-downloaded and I also reset my iphone, but it still doesn't work. Anyone have the same issue?

Try to clear the cache maybe then your app will run

Clearing cache didn't work unfortunately. Has anyone else tried anything else for this issue?
