My certificate does not contain the signature or sololearn logo,help me with this issue

it has only my name and the course i completed , nothing else but other certificates i see in google has them . i tried everything i could, i even mailed to [e-mail].

Sounds like a common problem at the moment. Perhaps there is a generation issue.
Bunny do you know anything about this? There have been at few threads in the last 24 hours all saying much the same thing.

Just downloaded the certificate and got the same issue, just empty placeholders...
