How to start building a website?

Where I can find examples? Is it enough to know basics of HTML and CSS?

after you complete HTML and CSS you probably can create a website .try to build a simple website first, then slowly make it more beautiful , and as usual practice makes perfect the more you do the more you'll learn.... hope this help 😁

If you want to use interactive elements you have to learn Javascript, also knowledge of PHP will be good if you plan to store and operate user data or use some CMS.
