How can i get a refund?
Today I subscribed for 14days free trial in sololearn but instead of it they charged me 4000rs instantly. How can i get my money back. As Google Play is not approving a refund and I have emailed sololearn but no reply from their side either .

Prashant Editzz if you havent, be sure to give details of exactly what you expected to happen and what you intended to do. I do not have access to that info, but I know that our customer service team is having that conversation with you so hopefully things can get cleared up.

I've got a response but they're saying that I've accessed discounted plan that is without free trial but 4100rs has been debited from my account that is not in the discounted plan. I've replied them instantly but no response till now.
