how to make " ˋ " Backticks working on samsung

hey people, im new on the app and actually trying to learn some java ... more after :) I guess i understood the function of backticks, but i cant use them or atleast i dont know whats my mistake console.log(ˋWonderful nameˋ); getting errors everytime I try to use backticks in that way... can someone help me ? im using a samsung tab s8+ with the original keyboard cover

console.log(`Wonderful name`); // try it.. Just try, rewriting.. You are using some other(invalid) character I think..

Hi Tom, there exist two character which look similar ` and ' On the Samsung keyboard - if it's like mine - you find one on the first page of special characters and the other on the second. Try both to see which works as desired.

However, there is also a single backtick character, to be found elsewhere: first click on the !# 1 button to open the first page of the symbols keyboard, and then press 1/2 to move to the second symbols keyboard, which starts with the backtick character (just underneath the "1" digit).

Hey guys, thy for the different ideas, but finally it seems like the physical keyboard just supports the wrong character. You guys just told me the way to find the correct character at the screen Keyboard, which ist not what i need since im using the Samsung Book Cover with physical Keyboard. But Yeah i Think i just have to switscch to screen keyboard if i want to use backticks.
