You cannot access your local device path on the internet so upload on Dropbox and get link from there.

Do you want to say that how can I get the url from any images through google?
If yes, then simply go to the google type the image what you want then click the images, simply select the image what you want, top right side you can se 3 dots, click the icon, then click the share, and then you can see copy link or maybe then you can click more button then you can copy the clipboard
