Who will win the battle of javascript frameworks? Angular, Ember, Backbone, or other that includes React?

React isn't a framework, but can compete in the View of SPA apps.

Angular is supported by Google. React is supported by Facebook. But the technology is changing quickly. What's your opinion?

I haven't personally worked with anything outside Angular, but would imagine they all have strengths and weaknesses. From my experience and if I were to cast my vote I would contend that Angular has a lot going for it. It has Google backing and many of the devs I know enjoy it's features. Again, not having experienced the others I may be missing out, but I have found Angular to be really easy to work with and has strong backing.
