Which language i should learn it to can programming rebots C/C++/arduino

it somehow depends on your target microcontroller to choose one language from the pool. Nowadays, arduino becoming more and more popular, but learning other guys has its own benefits for you in order to use them in the other projects such as PIC.

arduino exchanges simplicity with resources. Using c and AVR Assembler code without the arduino abstraction layer is more complicate/error prone but lets you squeeze your MCU til last drop of juice.

For embedded development, C or C++ has their place. Arduino uses a language like Java by the way.
