I think this app is only online app, u need to be online so you can learn here. But that isn't a problem, if u have desire to learn offline , there are other apps (codegym as I heard) and books with exemples and exercises (the best way )

Well you open the app as usual, some things, for example discussions, will not work since you are offline. Are you asking something more specific maybe ?
